The short version. Snipe.Run is non-custodial — we never hold your keys or funds. We collect the minimum needed to operate the Service: your public wallet address, the settings you configure, and basic usage and device data. Blockchain activity is inherently public. We do not sell your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how Snipe.Run Labs ("Snipe.Run", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, and related software (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not collect, request, or store your private keys or seed phrase, and we never have custody of your assets.
Blockchains are public, immutable, and pseudonymous. Any transaction the Service helps you broadcast — including copied trades, positions, and payments — is recorded on a public ledger and is visible to anyone, permanently. We cannot alter, delete, or restrict access to on-chain data. Your wallet address may be linked to your activity by third parties. Consider this before transacting.
We rely on the legal bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies/marketing), and legal compliance.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the non-custodial nature of the Service means the security of your wallet and keys is your responsibility. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability to the extent permitted by law.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data, and data recorded on public blockchains, may persist indefinitely and is outside our control.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to: access the personal data we hold; correct inaccurate data; delete data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising their rights, and we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@snipe.run. We will verify and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Note that we cannot delete information stored on public blockchains.
We operate globally and may process and store information in countries other than where you reside, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reasonably notified. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
